Mechanics, progression systems, balancing, player psychology
All game logic, UI, animations, and platform-specific optimizations
Interface design using Sketch and Figma for a polished, intuitive player experience
Created Manu Games LLC, registered with Apple, set up business infrastructure
Built manugames.com, preparing App Store assets and launch strategy
Extensive testing across iPhone, iPad, and Mac for a universal experience
Game development is the ultimate test of software engineering. It requires real-time performance optimization, complex state management, intuitive UX design, and the discipline to ship a product from a blank file to the App Store. Every skill I use building Manu Idle makes me a better iOS developer, a better consultant, and a better problem solver.
